When you have registered with tradeinterop you have entered a username and password. You have to use this information to log in at tradeinterop. If logging in does not work, please check the following:
- Do you have a working internet connection?
- Is the caps-lock key enabled?
- Did you go through all the steps of the registration wizard correctly? You will automatically receive a welcome email when you have completed these steps correctly.
- Are you using the correct username (email address) and password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on 'wachtwoord vergeten'. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you did not receive the email, please also check your 'junk mail' folder.
