Suppose you use tradeinterop to mail your invoices from your financial software to your customer. Maybe you want to have the invoices checked again before they are sent, or you want to add an order number at the last minute. This is possible with the tradeinterop waiting portal.
Note: You need to enable the functionality by sending an email to support@tradeinterop.com. We will then activate your review portal.
It works as follows:
Step 1: You email the invoices to your customer's email address, ending at ...@invoices.tradeinterop.com, as usual.
Step 2: You log on to the tradeinterop portal (portal.tradeinterop.com) with your username and password.
Step 3: In the left menu, click on 'Invoices' -> 'Outgoing invoices'. In the overview you will see the invoices that you have emailed.
Step 4: In the first row of the status field, select the state 'Created' and click on search. You will now get an overview of all invoices that you have emailed, but have not yet sent to your customer.
Step 5: Open one of the invoices you want to check by clicking on the 'bewerk' button. The invoice now opens in the edit window. Make adjustments where necessary.
Step 6: Press 'Send Invoice' to send the invoice definitively.
Please note that the waiting portal functionality applies to all your invoices. If you enable it, you will need to send each invoice manually in the portal.
