It is easy to send electronic invoices from your own software via the tradeinterop network. Tradeinterop uses the e-mail and UBL functionality that is included in many software packages.
Do you already have an account with Tradeinterop?
To be able to use this functionality you need an account on the tradeinterop platform. In this article you can read how to create an account. You can find more information about the rates on our website.
Get the correct e-mail address from your customer or from tradeinterop
Your customer has an e-mail mailbox on the tradeinterop platform. Invoices that you send there in UBL format or any of the other supported formats will be delivered by tradeinterop to the recipient via Simplerinvoicing. This email address ends at @invoices.tradeinterop.com.
Update customer card
Enter the email address for the delivery of the invoices on your loyalty card as the email address to which invoices are to be sent. How this should be filled in depends on your software. Please contact your software supplier if you experience any problems with this.
Select format & delivery method
Please indicate in your settings that you want to send invoices by e-mail in UBL and PDF format. If your software supports multiple versions of UBL, select UBL 2.1 or SI-UBL (Simplerinvoicing UBL).
If your package supports UBL and PDF then tradeinterop will send the PDF document to the recipient as an attachment to the invoice. Many recipients would like this. If your package does not support PDF, tradeinterop can generate a PDF invoice.
Note: if your PDF invoice is generated, tradeinterop will use the address details and the logo that is displayed in the tradeinterop portal. Log in to the portal to update this information.
Send invoices
The next time you send an invoice to this customer, it will be sent via e-mail via the tradeinterop platform.
