When you send an e-invoice, you can check the status of your invoice in the portal (menu -> 'Invoices' -> 'Outgoing invoices').
It is possible that the status of your invoice is 'Confirmed' or 'Bevestigd', but that you still receive an e-mail that there is a technical problem. Below is an anonymous example of the e-mail you will receive.
What went wrong?
It sometimes happens that the government encounters technical problems when receiving invoices. We can deliver your invoices correctly, which gives your invoice the status 'Confirmed' or 'Bevestigd'. At the government (Digipoort), another error can occur afterwards. That is why you will receive the email above.
What can I do?
The procedure for an error message from Digipoort is that you forward the relevant email to Logius (servicecentrum@logius.nl) with the question of whether the invoice has been received and processed.
In most cases Logius will re-submit the invoice itself and process it. You will be informed of this in their response to your email. If Logius indicates that you have to resubmit the invoice, we would like to receive the email from you, with the error message and the request to resend the invoice. You can send your request to support@tradeinterop.com.

Because of many requests it is not unusual that a response from Logius takes a few days.
