With a tradeinterop account you can easily create and send e-invoices to governments and companies. You can also use the portal to e-invoice via the secure network of Simplerinvoicing / PEPPOL.
At this moment the creation of an account is only available in Dutch. If your organisation is based in the Netherlands, you can create an account using the steps below. If your organisation is not based in the Netherlands, please contact support@tradeinterop.com. You will then be assisted with the creation of an account.

Step 1 | Account information: In this screen you enter the basic information for your account. This includes:
Email: Use your own email address. This is the email address from which you send your invoices (the 'from' email address). Do not use the email address of your customer or tradeinterop (the 'to email address').
'Wachtwoord' (Password): enter a secure password here. Choose a password that consists of at least 8 characters of which: at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one of the following special characters: "!", "@", "#", "$", "%", "^", "&" or "*".
'Herhaal wachtwoord' (Repeat password): Enter your password again.
'Mobiel nummer' (Mobile number): This field does not have to be filled.
Once you have entered all the data, press 'Ga verder' (Continue).
Step 2 | Company information: In this screen you can enter your own company information, such as 'KvK nummer' (Chamber of Commerce) and 'BTW nummer' (VAT number). If other identification methods are used in your organisation, these can also be entered here, for example:
OIN number: applicable for governments and semi-governments
GLN: an identifier that is assigned to you by GSN, and is often used in the construction industry.
DUNS: an identity assigned to you by Dun & Bradstreet
'Organisatienaam' Please enter the name of your organization.
Once you have entered all the data, click on 'Ga verder' (Continue).
Step 3 | Accept the conditions: In this screen you need to check the box:
- I accept the terms and conditions
- I accept the privacy policy
Once you have entered all the data, press 'Ga verder' (Continue).
Step 4 | Confirmation: In this screen you will see an overview of the entered data. If data is missing or incorrect, you can correct this by clicking 'Terug' (Back) until you are back in the input screen where you can enter this data.
If you agree with the data, click on 'Verzenden' (Send).
Step 5 | Verification: You will receive an email from us at the specified email address. This email contains a 6-digit verification code. You need to enter this code in the screen and press 'Verifieer' (Verify).
Step 6 | Verify your bank account number: To be able to send your first invoice you need to verify your bank account number. This is necessary to be able to guarantee that the account number on your invoices actually belongs to your organisation.
In the left menu, click on the 'Gebruiker' (User) tab and then on 'Mijn profiel' (My profile). At 'Taalinstellingen' you can change the language to English. After you have clicked on 'Opslaan', the language is changed to English.
In the upper right corner there are several tabs. Click here on the tab 'Bank account details' (Betalingsgegevens).
To verify your bank account number we ask you to make a one-time payment of € 0.99. To do so, fill in the requested information and press the button 'Verify bank account number'.
The following pop-up will appear. Can't see it? Check if your browser blocks pop-up windows.
When the payment has been successfully completed, your bank account number is verified. You can now start sending your e-invoice.
